Lip dub: Pharrell William's HAPPY
Lip Dub.
This isn't really about positive psychology. It is a song about happiness that a class did at the end of the school year. A "lip dib" is a kind of music video where the participants, in this case my first year students, design the dance and other actions to go with a song.

Teachers will notice that this is really "group work." The students, in groups of 4-5, decided on their actions. They made plans and practiced. Then we filmed it.
We did this at the end of the year. It was a great way to finish. But I'm thinking that, in the future, it might be a good way to start off the year -- Something they don't expect from an English class that challenges them.
Here's an article that talks about how to make a lip dub. Thanks to Chuck Sandy for introducing me to the idea.
