Learn to forgive.
This one is a little harder in the classroom. With friends and family, it is easy to talk about good people. With forgiveness, well, not many people want to talk about hurt.
But, when we don't forgive, we are carrying around that weight.
Forgive is a metaphor. The students hold up an object. They read along silently as you read a script about forgiveness. They notice how heavy the object becomes. Note that this is a listening activity. They are never asked to talk about the painful time or event. (10 minutes for happiness)
