Happier by Tal Ben-Shahar.  Ben-Sharar teaches the largest class at Harvard, a positive psychology. He looks at a lot of aspects of positive psychology in this quick read. As a teacher, I found it particular interesting when he looked at work a as: a job, a career or a calling. He suggests an "MPS model" (find the intersection of what give your life "meaning", "pleasure" and your "skills".  In that  interaction, you'll find your calling.
I think many of us got into teaching because it is a calling, or, at least, it can be at times.
Several people have mentioned that this is book that got them excited about positive psychology.

Happiness 101 by Tal Ben-Shahar.  This is a video of a PBS special. Similar content to Happier. Again, a good into to the topic.

Being Happy This was originally published as "The Pursuit of Perfect". He points out that wanting to have perfection often leads to unhappiness. He looks at how you can be happier having more realistic goals.

Even Happier by Tal Ben-Shahar. This is a "graditude workbook."  There are 52 positive psychology ideas, exercises, meditations, etc. One for each week of the year. It really is necessary to do the activities to get the benefits of this book.
